"We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately."
The above quote has often been attributed to Benjamin Franklin. Legend has it that he said this at the signing of the Declaration of Independence, although this has not been officially verified. Whatever its source, this quote is an appropriate one for the HCDC to embrace as teamwork and grassroots efforts have to carry us forward to regain our Democratic majorities in the NH House, Senate and Executive Branch. We must work together.
The officers and members of the Hillsborough County Democratic Committee come from all walks of life throughout our wide and varied county. The essence of the HCDC's mission is to encourage the fullest possible participation of all Democratic voters and to disseminate the Democratic message, platform and philosophy. HCDC provides a grassroots forum for the study and discussion of public policy issues and
their impact at the local level.
Our committee also encourages citizens to run for office at the county and state levels. If you are interested in becoming more involved, please send an email to: mba1957@msn.com
